An AS Calibration Solution Authorized Field Service Engineer will arrive at the customer’s facility after receiving the customer call to initiate a service visit to diagnose or repair the test equipments covered under the entitlement. Customer calls received by AS Technical Support will result in a Field Service Engineer arriving at the customer location as per the time indicated in the entitlement. Parts, labor are included in this entitlement. Onsite support includes travel expenses and lodging expenses based on the geo location of the client.
Any equipment bearing serial numbers other than those listed on the entitlement certificate are not covered under an onsite service entitlement and will not be offered services under the definition listed above. The customer must have a valid entitlement of On-Site Service contract to avail of the services..
